Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Certifications Requirements:

  • Current BLS certification
  • ACLS certification within 3 months of hire
  • PALS certification within 6 months of hire

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in acute or hospital-based care preferred
  • Prior float pool or staffing experience is a plus

Other Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in Illinois
  • Ability to obtain ECRN within one year of hire
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work days or nights, with weekend availability
