Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree) with eligibility to work as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Certifications Requirements: Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent).
  • Certifications Requirements: Current ACLS certification.
  • Certifications Requirements: Registered Respiratory Therapist credentialing (e.g., RRT or equivalent, as required by facility policy).
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum 1+ year of experience in an acute care setting, with demonstrated competence in critical care support.
  • Experience Requirements: Experience providing respiratory therapy services in high-acuity environments (e.g., ICU/critical care) with patients requiring advanced ventilatory support.
  • Experience Requirements: Experience supporting ventilator management and oxygenation strategies, including titration of therapies based on patient response.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work night shift (7p-7a) on a schedule of 3x12 hours, with weekend block availability.
  • Other Requirements: Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills, including timely charting and communication with nursing, physicians, and RT team members.
  • Other Requirements: Comfort working in Hospital/LTAC/rehab environments and adapting to unit-specific protocols and workflow.
