• Company provides power washing equipment, ladders, safety gear, and tools

• Meet with homeowners or property managers to confirm service details
• Pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, other handyman-type work
• Identify equipment issues and troubleshoot hoses, pumps, ladders, and sprayers
• Track and maintain tool inventory and alert team lead when replacements are needed
• This is a non-construction job.

• Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and in outdoor conditions
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn power tools, water-fed poles, squeegee systems, and rotary dryer vent tools
• Willing to learn how to clean gutters, wash windows, power wash surfaces, and complete all property maintenance services
• Coachable with a strong attention to safety and quality, problem-solving and trouble shooting skills.
• Strong customer service
• Willing to learn and do direct to consumer selling
• Valid driver's license and clean record

• Gutter Cleaning & Downspout Clearing
• Window Washing (Exterior/Interior Glass, Frame Detailing, Hard Water Removal)
• Dryer Vent Cleaning (Fire Prevention and Efficiency)
• Power Washing / Soft Washing (Roofs, Walkways, Siding, Decks, Driveways)
