Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this position is to work as part of the Contract Services team in the daily production requirements for all functions of the department.
Job Duties
What Youll Do
• Count and divide food items, salads, entrees, baked goods, etc. for production and Contract Services clients. • Follow sanitation requirements as prescribed by county, state, and federal authorities. • Obtain products from storage areas, weigh or measure products according to recipes, portion hot and cold food components, package, and label meals and products. • Move products to designated storage or transportation area. • Clean and maintain equipment and work areas. • Assist with training and work with student employees, coworkers, and managers in service to our customers.
