Contract Specialist (Future Contract Opportunity)

Job Summary

TalentWise LLC is building a pipeline of qualified professionals to support anticipated
government contract awards with Arlington County, VA.

The Contract Specialist supports procurement and contract administration activities, including development, coordination, and monitoring of contracts and agreements. This role works closely with program staff and procurement teams to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage contracts and agreements
• Assist with procurement processes and RFP development
• Monitor contractor performance and compliance
• Support budget tracking and financial reporting
• Provide technical assistance to vendors and stakeholders
• Review invoices and contract documentation

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in procurement or contract administration
• Knowledge of government contracting processes
• Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills
