Job#: 3030532 Job Description: Our Boston area client is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of global clinical studies from protocol development through study closeout. This role manages moderate‑to‑high‑complexity trials, ensures adherence to timelines and budgets, and drives operational excellence across cross‑functional teams and CRO partners. Key Responsibilities Lead all operational aspects of assigned clinical studies or regional oversight for global trials. Select and oversee investigators, sites, CROs, and vendors. Contribute to protocols, ICFs, and key study documents. Develop and manage study plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate cross‑functional communication, drug supply forecasting, and data review activities. Ensure TMF quality and inspection readiness. Support departmental process improvements and SOP development. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare field preferred. 8+ years of clinical trial management experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO settings. Minimum of 3-5+ years as a Clinical Trial Manager is required Strong knowledge of ICH‑GCP and the drug development process. Experience with PSVs, SIVs, IMVs, and COVs. Rare disease or neurology experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and project management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project.
