Employment Types: Full Time, Temporary or Contract.


Pay Rate: $17.13 - $21.00 / hour


Duties:


+ Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates

+ Match talent with open positions

+ Build strong relationships with clients and associates

+ Manage staffing requests and scheduling

+ Process payroll and maintain accurate records

+ Utilize recruiting and staffing platforms, including ATS.

+ Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and exceptional service

Position Requirements:


+ High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)

+ Customer service, recruiting, or sales experience

+ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

+ Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

+ Basic Microsoft Office proficiency

+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for occasional local travel


Requirements: Background Check, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
