Goldbelt Operations Support Services, LLC (GbOSS) offers expert construction, renovation, and support services. GbOSS has expertise in construction, renovation, and support services, from design-build to finish work. GbOSS utilizes a skillset as general contractors to assist federal clients and is 8(a) certified.

 

Summary:

GbOSS is in search of a Contract Support Coordinator. The Contract Support Coordinator will assist the Contracting staff assigned to Civil Engineering Unit (CEU) with contract management.  Tasks include: data entry such as filing contract documents, entering data in public facing websites, preparing forms, ensuring contract package are complete, assisting with full lifecycle contract management and project assignment oversight.

Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Perform data entry, maintenance and queries in the various Coast Guard systems and conduct simple analysis of information through various reports. Manages the contract electronic filing for the unit
  • Review of assigned procurement packages, including procurement requests, technical specifications, cost estimates, and all referenced material for adequacy of content and compliance with applicable laws and procurement regulations
  • Prepares standard documents for the Contracting Staff. Review invoices, verify final balance and Contractor’s Release and prepare contract closeout documents for signature.
  • Ensures that all required documents a Checklist are included in design packages upon receipt in Contracting Office and tracks these requirements as required.
  • Inputs and verifies that all projects are in the DHS Acquisition Planning Forecast System (APFS)
  • Assist with Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) including registering contracts, updating contracts, and monitor contract performance evaluations in the as well as provide assistance to registered users
  • Supports the Advanced Acquisition Plan (AAP) by generating and analyzing the monthly reports showing changes to the program, completing the Monthly Variance Report, completes missing data fields in SAM for weekly production meeting, and updates dates and milestones for production reports
  • Documents minutes for Contracting Office meetings and maintains an archive file
  • Supports data calls with required feedback, as directed
  • Prepare letters/emails correspondence; monitor and record any response
  • Prepare/update spreadsheets and/or presentations
  • Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Applications to produce letters, solicitations, modifications, awards, visual presentations, spreadsheets and e-mails communications with different governments agencies
  • Knowledge of certain office software programs to include, but not limited to: Financial Systems Modernization Solution (FSMS) or comparable contract solicitation and award software; Electronic Contract Filing System (ECFS) or comparable contract filing software; The Official US Government Systems (SAM.gov); Financial Procurement Desktop Next Generation (FPDS-NG); Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS); Acquisition Planning Forecast System (APFS) or comparable acquisition forecast systems; and Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel, and other various systems that may be utilized

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate or college diploma would be desired
  • Minimum of one year experience working in the acquisition field performing general office services, data management and project assignment oversight
  • Ability to pass an employment background check

  • Professional licenses, certifications, or specialized training in the field
  • Any additional years of experience
