• Location: Remote in select states | AZ, ID, KY, LA, MS, MT, ND, NM, SD, TX, TN, WY
• Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

The Contract Recruiter will dive in to do phone screens and extend offers to candidates for High-Volume positions supporting Operations. Ideal Recruiter will be self-motivated, have a passion for recruiting and doing the work on their own. The position will be high-volume Healthcare style recruitment, getting into the nitty gritty doing 30-minute back-to-back phone screens daily & a few segments in between to check emails/admin work. Position is a high-touch process with system work requiring high attention to detail, organization and time management. The Recruiter will work closely with the Manager in a partnership to manage candidate process. You will be supporting the operations team with distribution positions. Must be accountable to show hours working & keep communication open with Manager.




Background Profile:

• High School graduate or GED required
• 2-3 years of experience in High-Volume Recruiting
• Workday experience required
• Experience in interviewing and recommending/selecting qualified candidates based on targeted skills and abilities in a fast-paced environment required.
• Healthcare industry experience HIGHLY preferred
• You are a Great Communicator that’s Motivated, Picks up things quickly and enjoys building relationships with both candidates and hiring leaders while working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with MS Office and generally good computer skills
• Must be available to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship, now or in the future
