Our client, an Am Law firm, is seeking a Litigation & eDiscovery Services Analyst to support attorneys and litigation teams throughout the full eDiscovery lifecycle. This role will focus on litigation database administration, Relativity review environments, document review and production support, quality control, and technical guidance across complex litigation matters. The ideal candidate has strong law firm or eDiscovery vendor experience, thrives in a client-facing environment, and enjoys partnering with legal teams on sophisticated matters. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity requiring a hybrid schedule of three days per week in either the Washington, D.C. or New York City office.Overview Support attorneys and litigation teams throughout all phases of litigation support and electronic discoveryAdminister litigation technology platforms and litigation review databasesPartner with legal teams to manage document review, production, and litigation workflowsProvide technical guidance and collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside vendorsResponsibilities Support litigation matters from case initiation through trialDesign and maintain litigation review databases for active mattersBuild and modify workspaces using Relativity, RelOne, CSDisco, Concordance, LAW Pre-Discovery, and similar applicationsProvide technical support related to litigation technology and eDiscoveryPartner with attorneys on document indexing, keyword searching, and review workflowsAssist with project planning, review protocols, testing, sampling, and document productionsPerform quality control on productions, privilege designations, confidentiality markings, and redactionsRemain current on litigation support technology and industry best practicesAssist with management of litigation support vendorsTrain legal teams on litigation support systems and effective search techniquesMaintain complete documentation throughout the lifecycle of litigation dataDevelop workflow documentation and user training resourcesMaintain LEDS workflow tracking tools and related documentationTroubleshoot litigation technology, system, and process issuesFollow firm policies related to litigation data management and eDiscoverySupport firmwide client data classification standardsProvide backup support to Litigation & eDiscovery Services team members across officesAccurately record billable and non-billable timeReview time entries prior to monthly closingComplete additional duties as assignedQualifications Some years of litigation support or eDiscovery experienceHands-on experience administering Relativity or similar review platformsExperience supporting the full EDRM lifecycleKnowledge of litigation databases, review platforms, and electronic discovery workflowsStrong understanding of relational databases and litigation technologyExcellent communication, organization, and client service skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environmentAvailable to travel and work overtime as neededPreferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferredSQL and ODBC experiencePrior law firm or eDiscovery vendor experienceRelativity Certified Administrator certificationJob ID: 7558#J-18808-Ljbffr
