Technical Skills
- Experience with Cloud infrastructure deployments and maintenance
- Experience with OpenStack services deployments and maintenance
- Good understanding of Unix fundamentals and internals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Expertise in Server, Storage and Networking domain
- Experience with HW testbed setup, analysis and designing
- Expertise in Test architecture and system components validation
- Installing different types of operating systems
- Exposure to customer issue reproduction and analysis
Process Skills
- Troubleshoots hardware failures and server accessibility issues.
- Handling customer queries and triaging/debugging customer issues
- Hands on experience in Windows and Linux environments
- Defect logging and tracking skills
Behavioral Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Qualification
- Computer Science and/or Computer Hardware background
- Minimum 5 years' of experience
