Contactor AssistantMonday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (after initial few weeks of training) Some Saturdays will be required.Pay is $15 - $18 based on experience. Job Responsibilities:*Assisting owner with residential remodeling requests, estimations and invoicing.*Assisting with scheduling and appointment confirmations.*Learning and improving administration using current software packages such as Jobber.*Communication with subcontractors and vendors to coordinate work and materials.*Accounts payable to subcontractors and vendors.*Report creation using Excel spreadsheets.*Maintaining effective communication and working collaboratively with team members.*Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements:*Possession of a valid driver’s license.*Maintaining access to reliable transportation.*Demonstrate experience in customer service and computer skills.*Promptly communicate any deviations from assigned schedule.*Be comfortable and familiar with Microsoft Excel.
