HDQ/Hybrid - Three days on site is expected .

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions across web, mobile, API, CMS, and cloud-based platforms while partnering closely with engineering, product, and design system teams.

The ideal candidate brings 5-10 years of experience in software quality engineering, test automation, and CI/CD practices, with a strong foundation in accessibility testing and modern engineering tools. You will play a key role in building scalable automation frameworks, improving testing processes, and integrating AI-enabled capabilities to accelerate test creation, optimize regression testing, enhance defect analysis, and improve overall quality outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Design and maintain automated testing frameworks and test suites
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery
• Execute functional, regression, integration, accessibility, performance, and cross-browser testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases
• Leverage AI-assisted testing capabilities to improve efficiency, coverage, and quality insights
• Drive continuous improvement of testing practices, tools, and processes

What You'll Bring

• 5-10 years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or test automation
• Strong experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git-based repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and test management tools
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA, Section 508) and assistive technologies
• Experience testing web, mobile, API, and enterprise applications
• Experience incorporating AI into testing processes, including test generation, defect analysis, regression optimization, or automated reporting
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
