Role Description:
Individual delivering pre-determined results based on clearly defined operational targets, working within the department s outlined standards and guidelines. Daily tasks are completed with a limited level of discretion and contribute to the department s day-to-day objectives.

Core Responsibilities:
1.) Reviews and processes monetary and clerical requests
2.) Ability to demonstrate timeliness and accuracy when inputting data from client request into AWD/BPM/Crave/VAST
3.) Demonstrates strong client relationship management skills when communicating verbally or in writing with clients and/or internal client teams
4.) Utilizes discretion when escalating client issues to a senior associate or team leader
5.) Responsible to develop an in depth understanding of *** internal policy and procedure to minimize potential risks and align with Compliance standards
6.) Identifies and elevates issues to proactively identify trends, workflow, and system issues; participates in the research, analysis and resolution of trends and issues
7.) Actively participates in lean management culture. These examples include being proactive during daily huddle board sessions, weekly problem-solving sessions, staff meetings, and trainings in effort to enhance the client and crew experience. Participates in conversations around individual and team targets during huddle board conversations. Embraces a culture of recognition.
