Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft 365 platform including Copilot, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Intune, etc.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong administration and operational experience. The candidate will assist technical support escalations, collaborating with our parent company on integration work, and working closely with support vendors and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions to meet business requirements.
Strong experience managing hybrid identity environments integrating Active Directory and Entra ID.
Experience implementing and supporting Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Single Sign-On solutions.
Implement and manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions.
Document SOPs, system design specifications, knowledge base articles, and system architecture diagrams.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft 365 and associated technologies.
Perform hands-on administration and operational tasks for Microsoft 365 services.
Utilize PowerShell and Power Automate for scripting, automation, and workflow management.
Specific Services in Microsoft 365:
Entra ID: Manage and secure identities across the organization.
Exchange Online: Design and manage email and calendaring solutions.
Teams: Implement and support collaboration and communication tools.
SharePoint: Develop and maintain intranet and document management solutions.
OneDrive: Manage cloud storage and file sharing solutions.
Intune: Implement and manage device and application management.
Power Automate: Automate workflows and integrate applications and services.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect or similar role.
Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Entra ID, Intune, and Power Automate.
Experience with Okta, Identity Access Management, Purview, and PKI.
Exposure to Copilot, Azure DevOps, and AWS a plus.
Working knowledge of networking principles and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on administration and operational experience with Microsoft 365 services.
Proficiency in PowerShell and Power Automate for scripting and automation.
