Job Description:
Role Overview:
  • We are seeking a Creative Agency Manager who brings strong executive presence, demonstrates a disciplined work ethic, and the proven ability to lead complex work end to end.
  • This individual will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of creative campaigns, ensuring timelines are met, workflows are efficient, and stakeholders remain aligned.
  • The ideal candidate is highly fluent in Workfront, excels in fast-paced environments, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve processes and accelerate speed to market.
  • This role requires a strong problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, operates with accountability, and consistently drives results across cross-functional teams.
  • In-office expectation: Tuesday Thursday, with active cross functional engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management and Communication:
  • Build, manage, and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met
  • Oversee multiple concurrent campaigns and complex workstreams simultaneously
  • Structure and optimize workflows within Workfront, including intake, routing, templates, and reporting
  • Ensure work is properly scoped, prioritized, and aligned to business objectives
  • Communicate requirements, dependencies, and deliverables clearly across all stakeholders
Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency:
  • Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement solutions to streamline workflows
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase team velocity and reduce operational friction
  • Design and implement new workflows independently, based on business needs and asset complexity
  • Leverage data, reporting, and stakeholder feedback to inform optimization decisions
  • Promote best practices across project management and creative operations
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business, creative, and production teams
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and recommendations to drive campaign success
  • Lead kickoffs, status updates, and alignment meetings with clarity and purpose
  • Tailor communication style to effectively engage both working teams and executive stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment across cross-functional partners throughout the project lifecycle
Change Management & Problem Solving:
  • Navigate ambiguity in project scope, timelines, and team structures while maintaining forward momentum
  • Champion new processes, tools, and ways of working to improve outcomes
  • Clearly communicate the rationale behind changes to gain stakeholder alignment and adoption
  • Independently identify and implement solutions, escalating when appropriate
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
  • Enable teams to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
Quality Assurance & Delivery Excellence:
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards prior to handoff to downstream teams
  • Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, detail, and overall delivery excellence
Resource Coordination:
  • Assess scope and level of effort across projects and campaigns
  • Align and assess resources as necessary in response to project changes
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure work is properly staffed and prioritized
  • Resolve conflicts and remove blockers to keep work progressing
Technical Acumen & Innovation:
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in Workfront, including workflow design and optimization
  • Apply tools, automation, and systems to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Maintain a strong understanding of creative production processes across channels (digital, video, social, print, etc.)
  • Stay current on evolving marketing operations tools, practices, and technologies
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of project management experience (creative, marketing, or similar fast-paced environments preferred)
  • 3+ years of hands-on Workfront experience, including workflow design and management
  • Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and process improvements
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and leading work in evolving environments
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
