1. Develops plans for sourcing appropriate candidates, conducts the interview process and extends offers to selected candidates. Responds to inquiries about recruitment activities and status of job vacancies.
2. Performs interviews, tests, reference checks, selects candidates, and provides feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the pre-selection criteria and recruitment policies.
3. Prepares job offer materials in accordance with the job specifications.
4. Coaches team members on the use of advanced candidate sourcing techniques. Develops internal and external search strategies.
5. Counsels hiring managers regarding recruitment strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization.
6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Five years related work experience, with at least One year of Recruiting experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
