Contractor - Workplace Infra & Logistics

Requesting 3-4 contractors for a sanitizing project that will last approximately 2-3 weeks (or until project is completed). They will clean the AHU for IAQ testing

• 1 person at HQ2 from 3:30pm - 6:30pm then same person from 6:30pm - 8pm at HQ1 (M-F)
• 2-3 people at HQ1 from 4:30pm - 8pm (M-F)
• Excluding holidays

0-2 years experience of cleaning hard to reach places. Work is comprised of cleaning air handlers internal chambers (using cleaning agents) and replacing pre-filter and main filters (exposed to pollen, dust and debris). All equipment will be de-energized but need someone knowledgeable of safety precautions (hazardous work area). Disposable rubber gloves and N95 face masks would be provided.

• Disinfect and sanitize air handler chamber walls, floors, and ceilings
• Replace pre-filter and main filters
• Ability to work from ladders
• Disposable rubber gloves, safety glasses and N95 mask will be provided
• Required to wear safety and non-slip shoes
• Ability to work in uncomfortable positions
• Ability to left up to 50 lbs
