FULL TIME ON SITE

Duties and job responsibilities:

·Provide support to the Mineral Appraisal group and Industrial/Utility Appraisal group

·Promote collaboration between departments

·Request, analyze and process division orders from operators

·Analyze wills and deeds to solve estate transfers of ownership

·Process industrial, utility and business personal property tax renditions

·Work with others as part of a team to ensure efficient operations and enhanced productivity

Qualifications:

·Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

·Proficiency in MS office and Excel is required

·Data Entry proficiency maintaining speed and accuracy

·Customer Service experience building new relationships and maintaining current clients

·Strong written and verbal communication skills

·Able to complete complex tasks with limited supervision

·Able to communicate with a multi-disciplined team to successfully solve problems
