Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator with 6–10 years of experience in contract management. Responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing vendor/client contracts, tracking contract obligations and milestones, maintaining contract records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Must collaborate with legal, procurement, and finance teams to resolve contract issues and support contract execution. Experience with complex negotiations, contract amendments, and contract management systems is required. Strong knowledge of contract/legal terminology and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) are essential. Mentoring junior team members is a plus.
