Responsibilities:
* Interpret contractual and purchase order requirements and translate them into internal Shop Orders
* Review contracts for special clauses, quality requirements, engineering changes, delivery schedules, and compliance obligations
* Coordinate contract flow-down requirements across internal departments
* Process contract modifications, supplements, and customer change notices
* Maintain accurate electronic contract and order records in accordance with company procedures
* Communicate directly with customers regarding order status, changes, delivery schedules, and contractual matters
Requirements:
* Bachelor"s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, or related discipline preferred
* 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, order processing, or customer account management within a manufacturing environment
* Experience supporting defense, aerospace, military, or government contracts preferred
* Experience with FAR/DFARS and export compliance requirements
