Pay Rate: $30.00–$32.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST (40 hours/week)
Contract Duration: 3 months, 10/12/2026–01/12/2027, with potential for extension

Position Overview
The Procurement Contracts Administrator I will support the WMS Procurement team by maintaining accurate contract data within Warner Bros. Discovery’s global procurement contract repository, Agiloft.
This role is responsible for reviewing procurement contracts, extracting key contract information, validating contract structures and hierarchies, and entering documentation and metadata into the company’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. The position will work with cross-functional stakeholders across global business entities to help ensure contract data is complete, accurate, and properly organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze indirect procurement contracts to identify and extract key metadata, including effective dates, contract values, supplier information, and renewal terms.
- Enter contract records, documentation, and metadata into Agiloft while maintaining a high level of accuracy and data quality.
- Review and map parent-child contract relationships and maintain accurate contract hierarchies.
- Link Master Services Agreements (MSAs) with related Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, and other supporting agreements.
- Track and report contract repository metrics, data completeness, and overall repository status.
- Use technology and AI-enabled tools to improve and streamline contract data validation processes.
- Collaborate with procurement and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve contract data issues and maintain repository accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- University degree.
- 3+ years of experience reviewing, analyzing, and processing procurement or supply contracts.
- Strong understanding of contract structures, legal terminology, and contract hierarchy management.
- Experience working with MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and related contract documentation.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn complex software platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agiloft or Workday Strategic Sourcing.
- Certified Paralegal credentials.
- Experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or contract repository systems.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools used for contract review, data extraction, or validation.
