NTT DATA currently seeks a Contracts Administrator to join our team for a remote position.

Role Responsibilities
-Ensures that required provisions exist in administrative agreements
-Creates and maintains an organized SharePoint site or other Contracts Repository that contains all administrative agreements held by the company
-Updates and enforces a contracting process whereby risk is minimized
-Provides administrative support for preparation of Governing Board documents to secure approval of new agreements over a certain dollar threshold
-Assists with the updating and enforcement of an administrative contracting process
-Works with external legal counsel to ensure all administrative agreement template changes are incorporated in a timely and accurate manner in conjunction with Medi-Cal, Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC), and City and County of San Francisco regulations
-Works with external legal counsel and develops and maintains version control of administrative agreement templates
-Works with the Department of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs to ensure the company’s templates for non-disclosure agreement (NDAs) and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) are utilized in negotiating with vendors
-Maintains effective working relationships with the company’s providers, vendors and medical groups, and internal staff
-Provides training to internal partners on contracting process and required contract provisions

Required Skills/Experience  
• 2 years of experience in administrative or vendor contracting is required.
• Prior experience in a managed care plan or provider organization is preferred.
 
Preferences
-Knowledge of managed care and Medi-Cal and other entitlement programs is strongly preferred.
-Knowledge of organizational purchasing processes and procurement practices is preferred

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $35.00-$40.00 hourly range. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
