Santa Barbara Infrared, Inc. is currently recruiting for the position of Contracts Administrator. The Contracts Administrator’s primary responsibility will be to administer and verify contracts and associated paperwork and will perform general and administrative tasks.
Minimum Qualifications: HS Diploma; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

M-F (Full-Time, On Site)
Responsibilities:
- Maintains and retrieves contract documents and ensures compliance with company policy as well as relative laws/regulations.
- Responsible for contract management and administration, including data entry.
- Monitors existing contracts and associated paperwork to ensure timely renewals.
- Supports Export Compliance, Program Management and provides Visual support for manufacturing.
- Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as creating and/or maintaining documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visual, scanning, e-filing, filing, photocopying and collating.
Requirements/Experience:
- HS Diploma; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Creative, critical thinker. Must be able to anticipate problems, and propose solutions in a timely manner
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be effective in a team structure. Ability to work in a hands-on fast-paced company. Strong computer skills required, specifically in Excel and Word.
