Contracts Analyst

We are currently seeking a "Contract Analyst" for a Contract role with one of our clients based in Phoenix, AZ. Please apply if you would be interested and available for it.

Duration: 06+ Months Contract
Pay Range: $40 - $45/Hr on W2
Location: Hybrid / Phoenix, AZ

Job Description:

• Must have commercial contracts experience via either Supply Chain or a Legal type position (attorney or paralegal)
• Direct experience negotiating high risk contract terms (e.g., indemnification, liability, insurance, termination).
• The role requires active redlining and negotiation, not administrative contract processing.
• Worked closely with internal legal counsel, supplier representatives, and supplier legal teams, including preparing written summaries of contract exceptions and participating in negotiation strategy discussions.
• Strong candidates can interpret complex contract language and clearly explain risk, options, and impacts to non legal stakeholders such as category managers and procurement leads.
• Backgrounds that have proven successful include public sector or regulated environments, procurement contracts, contract management, or legal/contract administration roles with negotiation responsibility.
• Experience developing contract templates, training procurement staff, and serving as a contract subject matter expert is highly desirable.
