Our services include construction management, fabrication, erection, mechanical installation, and plant maintenance for heavy industrial, commercial, and roadway projects, as well as a full spectrum of golf course construction and management services.\n \nWe are seeking a motivated Contracts and Procurement Specialist to support contract development, procurement activities, and coordination on major EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects. This entry-level role is ideal for professionals with foundational experience in contract administration or supply chain who are eager to grow in a structured, fast-paced project environment.\n \nKey Responsibilities\n \nContract Support & Documentation\n\n Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, purchase orders, NDAs, and change orders.\n Maintain contract files, key dates, and deliverables in contract management systems.\n Ensure documentation compliance with company policies and project requirements.\n \nProcurement & Vendor Coordination\n\n Support procurement teams in issuing RFQs, tracking bids, and compiling commercial comparisons.\n Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather required documentation and updates.\n Monitor delivery schedules and report any delays or discrepancies to senior staff.\n \nEPC Project Coordination\n\n Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align contract milestones with project goals.\n Assist in tracking contract status, variations, and change order logs.\n Support resolution of basic contractual or scope-related issues under guidance.\n \nCompliance & Reporting\n\n Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and quality standards in documentation.\n Assist with preparing status reports, trackers, and audit-ready records.\n Maintain accurate data for performance metrics and project forecasts.\n \nQualifications & Experience\n\n 1\u20132 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or project support (preferably in EPC, construction, energy, or industrial sectors).\n Basic understanding of contract terms, commercial principles, and supply chain processes.\n Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to contract management tools is an advantage.\n \nYou must be legally authorized to work in the United States for our company without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
