We are seeking experienced Contracts Attorneys to support a confidential legal AI project. You will apply your commercial contracting expertise to review agreements, perform redlines, and provide clear legal analysis to help train and evaluate AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
Analyze contracts and apply established playbooks and company positions.
Draft clear explanations supporting redlines and revisions.
Apply contract drafting, negotiation, and technology transactions expertise.
Collaborate with project teams to maintain consistent legal standards.
Ensure accuracy and high-quality legal writing.
Work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission.
4+ years of transactional legal experience in-house or at a law firm.

Excellent legal writing, analytical, and contract review skills.
Strong attention to detail and sound legal judgment.
