Contracts Attorney

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Contracts Attorney to support a large distributor in Roseville, MN. This is a part-time opportunity with an onsite work model.

The Attorney's responsibilities include:

• Review, analyze, and revirse terma and conditions, and legal agreements.
• Identify legal, financial, insurance, warranty, indemnification, and liability risks.
• Provide recommendations to management regarding contract terms and risk mitigation strategies.
• Negotiate contract provisions with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and outside counsel when necessary.
• Draft contract amendments, addendums, and standardized legal templates.
• Review customer contracts, supplier contracts, terms and conditions, bid documents, and project-specific contractual requirements.
• Work with the State of Minnesota
• Any other duties as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications:

• J.D. and active bar membership required.
• 5+ years experience in same or similar role
• Manufacturing/construction industry experience strongly preferred
