Responsible for leading the preparation, coordination, and submission of competitive bid proposals and supporting contract administration. The Bid Administrator partners with operations, estimating, finance, legal, and business development to develop accurate, compliant, and compelling proposals. The role also reviews, drafts, and coordinates contracts, maintains proposal content and templates, and helps ensure contractual and regulatory compliance. Experience in the electrical contracting, utility, or power infrastructure industry is strongly preferred.
Primarily office-based with occasional travel. Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
