    Description

    • Review vehicle sales deals for completeness and compliance.
    • Verify all required documentation, signatures, and supporting paperwork.
    • Process retail, lease, cash, and finance transactions.
    • Submit fundingpackages to lenders and monitor funding status.
    • Maintain accurate deal records and electronic files.
    • Reconcile contract schedules and identify missing documentation.
    • Communicate with sales managers, finance managers, lenders, and accounting staff regarding deal corrections.
    • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
    • Assist with vehicle registration and title documentation as needed.
    • Support month-end closing activities and special projects.
    Requirements
    • Prior automotive dealership contracts clerk experience preferred.
    • Knowledge of dealership sales and finance documentation.
    • Experience with DealerBuilt, Tekion , RouteOne, or similar dealership systems preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Professional communication and customer service skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Understanding of lender funding requirements.
    • Experience auditing deal jackets and identifying discrepancies.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
