We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay range of $39 - $40.57/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Job Description:

• Contract drafting

o Consent letters

o Novation

• In-depth contract review and analysis
• Contract redaction and clean up
• Contractual data collection and aggregation
• Communicate with customers and create and maintain customer progress tracking
• Supporting data room management
• Experience using digital tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot, e-discovery platforms,
• Coordination with internal stakeholders and senior leadership relating to contractual overview
• Prior experience with M&A preferred.

Education: BA/BS required

Experience: 3-4 years contract MANAGEMENT experience

Citizenship: Must be US Citizen
