Key Responsibilities for the Contracts & Documentation Coordinator:

• Support contract administration and maintain accurate project documentation
• Assist with bid package preparation and contract-related documentation during the preconstruction process
• Manage subcontractor qualification, compliance, and onboarding requirements
• Maintain project records, tracking logs, and compliance documentation
• Support project managers with contract updates, document control, and project communication
• Coordinate project closeout documentation and ensure records are complete and organized

Qualifications for the Contracts & Documentation Coordinator:

• Experience in contracts administration, compliance, project coordination, or a related function
• Experience organizing and managing detailed records and documentation
