Standard Job Description

In this role you will:

Perform contracts management functions across the spectrum of actions associated with providing supplies and services, from capture through proposal, contract award, and all phases of contract administration. Provide business advice and guidance to and coordinate with other functions including program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, business development, engineering, human resources, accounting, and compliance to effectively manage a breadth of responsibilities, including contract solicitations / capture, negotiations, and contract terms, including fulfillment of related obligations. Serve as authorized, empowered representative for the Company as interface with Customer buying representatives responsible for building effective relationships and managing contracts to support business goals and objectives. Coordinate solutions to contractual issues and Customer concerns related to Company performance. Ensure contractual compliance with all laws and regulations, and adherence to Delegation of Authority and approval requirements for proposals and contractual actions. Lead and support audits, as appropriate, with internal and external audit teams and agencies to support contract-related activities and verify compliance. Ensure final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations. May plan and participate in training of contract practices within Company. Collect contractual data and compiles reports in response to Corporate and Business Area requests. Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.

• Ability to exert some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization. Engages with senior personnel on significant matters.
• 1+ years of experience
• Active TOP SECRET clearance

Desired Skills

• Active TOP SECRET / SCI security clearance with poly and ability to maintain a US TOP SECRET / SCI security clearance highly preferred
• Experience in Federal Government contract administration/management and negotiations, program management, or a related field.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to effectively interact at all levels within the organization and with external customers.
• Prior government contracts management experience
• Demonstrated experience of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
• Detail oriented and able to work in a virtual team environment.
• Strong analytical skills; able to quickly comprehend issues at hand.
• Excellent presentation skills, strong analytical abilities, and be a self-start who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships and communications with all internal and external customers and possess excellent business acumen.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and achieve program goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 2+ years of related experience and bachelors or master''s degree or higher level degree

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00
