Description

  • Provides guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract interpretation, terms, and conditions.
  • Conducts contract administration including interpretation and implementation of administrative requirements of contract documents and ensuring owner compliance.
  • Proactively identifies and addresses any deviations or issues that may arise during the implementation of contract terms.
  • Pursues project contractual/legal and financial entitlements through proactive preparation of contractual correspondence and contractual notices as required.
  • Processes interim and final payment requests, including obtaining full and proper payment for work executed, all in accordance with the terms of the contract.
  • Manages relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issues from the project team.
  • Prepares regular reports and analysis on contract activity, including key metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
  • Creates and negotiates requests for variations, change orders, and claims.
  • Provides on-project training to internal stakeholders on contract administration, contract interpretation, change management, claims management, and the like.
  • Â Mentors, coaches and provides feedback to Assistant Contract Managers and Contract Administrators.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
