Contracts Manager, Staffing Industry - Remote

The Contracts Manager supports customer success in partnership with multiple business units. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this role provides operational, financial, and regulatory support across the organization while minimizing business risk. You will be responsible for end-to-end contract lifecycle management, daily workflows, and communications with stakeholders across the business, while building scalable and repeatable contract management processes.

Essential Job Functions

Contract lifecycle ownership & stakeholder partnership
  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including new bookings, renewals, and addenda.
  • Maintain strong ethical, compliance, and risk mitigation practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and provide prompt, high-quality responsiveness to internal teams and customers.
  • Ensure accurate document control: file and maintain executed documents within the appropriate digital library and software tools.
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions; promptly resolve disputes and discrepancies.
Drafting, review, and negotiation across a diverse document portfolio

Author, revise, and finalize agreements across multiple categories, including:
  • Customer / Commercial: partnership, client, vendor, licensing, and master service agreements (MSAs)
  • Human Resources: non-disclosure, intellectual property, non-compete, confidentiality, and compensation agreements
  • Real Estate: commercial leasing and property agreements
  • Technology: software license/service, data protection, maintenance/support, implementation/integration, acceptable use, vendor confidentiality, and escrow agreements
Process, training, and compliance leadership
  • Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and templates to streamline contracting workflows.
  • Prepare and present best practices and internal training on contract management as part of Learning & Development initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations to senior management on contract term adjustments and negotiation strategy.
  • Analyze and prepare risk assessments and change management requirements informed by industry and economic research.
  • Monitor regulations and standards to ensure compliant execution across contract types.

  • Support the organization’s mission and model company core values.
  • Comply with applicable employment laws and guidelines (including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, and other governing agencies as applicable).
  • Promote and follow occupational safety and health standards and internal policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field or similar contracts role.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (PC)Adobe SuiteDocuSign, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong capability in risk mitigation and contract terms support.
  • Strong listening, written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively across teams and with customers.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new software platforms and systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
