Purpose: To process all contracts, credit reports, and report credit standings, while ensuring all compliance and company policies are adhered to by all staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Typing and verifying all contracts
- Run credit reports and reporting information
- Maintain inventory reports
- Verifying and reporting equity reports
- Compiling files
- Maintaining accounting for monies received
- All other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Prior Administrative experience
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Time management
- Multitask
- Computer literate Microsoft Excel, Word, and all basic computer programs
