This role serves as a key partner to internal stakeholders, providing guidance on contractreview, mitigating risk, and maintaining efficient, compliant processes that support organizational goals.

Position Summary Under general supervision, the Contracts Administrator will manage the contracts process and be responsible for the organization's contracts management system. This role involves ensuring that all contracts comply with legal requirements and internal policies, conducting compliance audits, and providing training to staff. Stays current on and applies applicable state and federal laws. Serves as the primary point of contact for contract reviews and acts as a resource for institutional business leaders. Also provides support to the Legal department in other areas as needed.
