Summary:
This role provides temporary coverage for a team member on parental leave within the Enterprise Contracts & Supplier Management organization.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and redline enterprise contracts including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, renewals, and supplier agreements.
  • Route contracts through internal approval workflows, secure required signatures, and manage execution to completion.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for external partners throughout the contracting process, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of open items.
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of contracts, tracking key milestones, expirations, and renewal dates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Legal, Procurement) to ensure contract terms align with business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records in contract management systems and provide status updates as needed.
 
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in contract management or commercial contracts.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and redlining capabilities.
  • Experience managing end-to-end contract execution and signature workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with external vendors/partners.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to ramp quickly in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
 
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with software contracts.
  • Contract lifecycle administration.
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $50.00 - $55.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
