Description
We are seeking a Contracts Support Specialist to provide acquisition and contract administration support for the Twilight Systems Integration (SI) Contract, assisting with activities across the full contract lifecycle. This role supports the preparation, execution, and management of contract actions under the direction of senior contracts personnel and Contracting Officers. Responsibilities follow established processes and involve supporting moderately complex tasks and documentation requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 0 years.
Foundational understanding of federal acquisition processes and terminology.
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow established procedures.
Ability to work effectively within a contracts support team, with interactions primarily internal to the organization.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Qualifcations
Experience supporting federal contracting or acquisition functions.
Familiarity with FAR/DFARS or federal contract-writing systems.
Exposure to cost/price analysis concepts or solicitation package development.
Experience with Excel trackers, SharePoint, and workflow tools.
Knowledge of Confluence and Jira for documentation, workflow tracking, or collaboration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with NRO or IC contracting environments is beneficial but not required.
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
