CBH Homes is looking for a Contracts Transaction Coordinator to help guide buyers through the homebuying journey while supporting our Sales Team behind the scenes.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, organization, problem-solving, and being an important part of a fast-moving, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate the homebuying process from contract to close
  • Support communication between buyers, lenders, sales, and internal teams
  • Ensure timelines, paperwork, and communication stay accurate and on track
  • Manage a high-volume of files in a deadline-driven environment
  • Help create a smooth, positive experience for every buyer
  • Support the sales team with transaction coordination and follow-up tasks

Preferred Experience

  • Real estate, escrow, lending, or new construction experience preferred
  • Customer service, transaction coordination or administrative experience helpful
  • Strong computer, communication and organizational skills

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time, in-office role based in Meridian, Idaho
  • Occasional weekend availability may be needed to support business needs
  • Collaborative, team-oriented office environment
