Job Summary
Join PERA and help support the retirement security of Minnesotas public employees!
Are you someone who enjoys working with details, solving problems, and helping customers? In this role, youll play an important part in supporting the administration of PERAs retirement plans by processing financial and employer reporting transactions, maintaining member and employer records, and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Join PERA in a role that combines customer service, data management, and problem-solving. This position processes employer and member transactions, maintains retirement plan records, assists employers with online reporting access, and researches data discrepancies to ensure accurate and efficient administration of retirement benefits.
