Description:You will be the Control Account Manager for the Combat Systems Hardware team which is responsible for providing diverse engineering talent and functional excellence in the development of processes, tools and technology to provide our customers advanced Sensors, Mission Processors and Integrated Displays to the Aeronautics weapon systems platforms.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Control Account Manager you will be responsible for leading cost, schedule, and technical integration efforts for subsystems supporting 5th Gen fighter aircraft.

Your responsibilities will include:

Manage supplier relationships and coordinate baseline change requests.

Develop and maintain Basis of Estimates, proposals, and Statements of Work.

Oversee cost‑segregation guidelines and control‑account budget integrity.

Produce monthly status reports and variance analyses, including Estimates at Complete reviews.

Collaborate with cost/schedule integrators and cross‑functional teams to ensure technical integration.

Basic Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related STEM field.
  • Project‑management or engineering‑planning experience.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of EVMS and project‑planning processes.

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of LM Aero Earned Value command

media to include Earned Value processes, PPMP

and PPMD.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
