Position Overview
We are seeking a Control & Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLC systems to support automation projects, equipment integration, commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support installation, commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and integration of automation systems.
Develop and modify PLC programs and support HMI/SCADA applications.
Design and review control system architecture, electrical/control panels, schematics, BOMs, and technical documentation.
Integrate new equipment into existing plant control systems.
Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, electrical circuits, and plant automation systems.
Support safety validation, IQ/OQ, equipment qualification, and commissioning activities.
Work with engineering, operations, vendors, and contractors on new equipment installations.
Interpret electrical drawings and P&IDs and support continuous improvement of plant automation.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Controls, Automation, or related field preferred.
Important: Must have hands-on Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLC programming experience and be available to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ.
