Bill of Materials (BOM), Electricity, Hand Tools, High School Diploma, Lift/Move 50 Pounds, Schematics
-Read electrical schematics
-Label and mark panels
-Wire panels
-Prepare panels for testing
-Read BOM (bill of materials) and identify components
-Use measuring devices to lay out holes, cutouts and back plate components per drawings
-Use drills, taps, saws, and punches for mounting and access holes
-Label and assemble back plate parts
-Wire the back plate and cabinet per schematics by using crimpers, strippers etc
-Maintain neatness on panel
-Other duties as assigned
-High school diploma or equivalent
-2+ years in control panel assembly
-Ability to read and understand electrical schematics/drawing layouts
-Ability to use hand tools
-Ability to read a tape measure
-Own a basic tool set
-Ability to work OT as needed
-Able to lift up to 50 lbsS
