Control Room Operator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Control Room Operator to join our Customer Support Center Operations team remotely within Michigan, U.S. This position follows a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, with working hours from 6:00p.m. to 2:00a.m. Eastern Time (ET).

This role offers the unique opportunity to ensure the security and operational integrity of our Control Room application and play a vital role in reporting daily activities, incidents, and participate in testing the Draw Based Games (DBG) solutions. What You'll Do

• Execute manual tasks within the Control Room application
• Report daily activities and incidents to ensure operational integrity
• Maintain security standards within the Control Room
• Test the Draw Based Games (DBG) solutions for current and new clients
• Handle sensitive material and uphold all security policies
• Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and the Director of Operations
• Execute testing in line with scheduled plans
• Coordinate and participate in DBG and onboarding audits
• Maintain information confidentiality

Who You Are

• Detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of operational processes and systems
• Skilled in handling tasks with accuracy, quality, and adherence to policies and procedures
• Proficient in control room operations and compliance requirements
• Effective communicator with experience reporting incidents and working within fast-paced environment

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 3+ years of Control Room Operator or related experience
• Proven ability to meet performance goals for accuracy, quality, and productivity
• Strong technical knowledge of control room systems and adherence to compliance standards
