Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
- Apply seal, fillet, fay, cap seal, brush coat, scotch cast, leveling compound, and aerodynamic seal for major assemblies, sub-assemblies, precision bench, and integral fuel cell.
- Work from drawings, documents, process specifications, quality control requirements, and established processes.
- Perform pressure testing and complete required data gathering transactions for sealer progression.
- Perform pickup, rework, fabrication, change incorporation, functional testing, or check during or after final seal progression.
- Use measuring instruments as required to accomplish work assignments.
- Document discrepancies according to specification, process, and procedure.
- Temporarily attach parts and assemblies, install collars and other hardware not related to drilling or countersinking.
- Apply sealing compounds to seal fuel cell and related wing section components (Integral Fuel Cell Sealing).
- Perform major assembly, large structure sealing, and aerodynamic sealing.
Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
- Experience with sealing compounds for integral fuel cell and wing section components.
- Ability to work from blueprints, changes, specifications, work orders, and quality requirements.
- Experience with pressure testing and sealing progression data transactions.
- Experience with pickup, rework, fabrication, change incorporation, and functional testing of sealed components.
- Ability to use measuring instruments for work assignments.
- Experience documenting discrepancies per specifications and procedures.
- Experience temporarily attaching parts, assemblies, and installing collars and hardware.
- Experience with major assembly, large structure sealing, and aerodynamic seal.
- Ability to train, coach, and assist employees in manufacturing process.
