Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot control systems and equipment.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on control systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system performance.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
- Respond to emergency calls and provide timely resolutions to system issues.
- Assist in the training of junior technicians and new team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in control technology.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Control Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of control systems, PLCs, and instrumentation.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts as needed.
