Salary:

Most new hires start between $23.00-$28.70 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Additional Information:

Responsible for the intermediate installation, diagnosis and repair of Building Automation Systems, utilizing knowledge of environmental control systems, advanced computer technology, electronics, direct digital control (DDC), pneumatic controls, hydronics, refrigeration theory, mechanical/electrical systems and control techniques.

Tuesday to Saturday, Night shift (10:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.)

2 years of relevant experience; HS Diploma or GED may substitute for 2 years of work experience

Description

1. Responds and resolves service calls, providing preventive maintenance, technical support and troubleshooting knowledge of Building Automation Systems.

2. Maintains a fully functional system by using software and technology, following blueprints or engineering specifications, interprets wiring diagrams, controls schematics, and other related technical communications.

3. Monitors systems, documents alarms/unusual events, repairs equipment and/or systems.

4. Demonstrates an understanding of emergency response procedures.

5. Assists with special projects.

6. Makes recommendations for efficient operational changes and quality improvement opportunities.

7. Prepares and gives training presentations.

8. Performs other duties as assigned.
