Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Control Technician or similar role.
- Strong understanding of control systems, PLCs, and instrumentation.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
