Assembling valves from components Calibrating valves Stainless steel tubing installation and bending Reading technical drawings and assembly documentation Pressure testing and hydro testing (preferred but not required) Troubleshooting and repair of valve components Control Valve Technicians Candidates should have experience: Control valve assembly and repair Stainless steel tubing installation and bending Actuator and positioner setup Hydro testing and pressure testing Valve calibration and troubleshooting Reading P&IDs and assembly drawings
